For those new to Fargo Moorhead, the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber is hosting a Welcome Social at this year’s Christkindlmarkt to help you connect with other new residents and introduce you to their ‘Icebreaker’ community champion volunteers—a friendly group of locals ready to share their favorite spots and tips for making Fargo feel like home.

Expect cozy vibes, festive lights, and an opportunity to meet other new folks and local ambassadors eager to welcome you to our vibrant community. RSVP REQUIRED to this event by completing this online form. Your tickets will be sent to you by Nov. 22hand (don’t forget to check the ‘junk’ folder).

When recently reading this Yelp review about Ishtar Mediterranean Cuisine, it reminds me of how good it is but also how sometimes it may take a visitor to remind us of some of our quality restaurants: “How is some of the best Mediterranean food I've ever had in North Dakota? This chicken nearly made me cry, y'all. I came back two days in a row on my trip here because I couldn't stop thinking about it…”. My coworkers are big fans of this restaurant, often commenting on the shawarma.
