Things to do in Fargo Moorhead

July 31, 2024 Edition

Was it just me, or was July a pretty great month for so many things to do? We’re all fortunate of the amenities and events here and all the people who are behind them.

So Many Activities!

Music Makes The People Come Together - follow Fargo Underground to stay up to speed on music (& more). There are crazy amounts of concerts this summer, with many promoted by Jade Presents (see here).

LOL - follow Jade Presents, The Cellar At Front Street Taproom, Boss’s Comedy Club to catch most local shows

It’s Red River Market Season! The Red River Market runs through the end of October in downtown Fargo, celebrating 10 years. A summer & fall must for many (thousands attend each year), if you’ve never been to it, you gotta go!

  • This week’s market is on Saturday 8/3 from 10am-2pm. Live performances include Kicks Band of Fargo Moorhead (10-11), Cooking Demonstration: Sarah Tee - Inspire Nutrition (11-11:30), Kicks Band of Fargo Moorhead (11:30-12:30), TBA (12:30-1) & Funk Commission (1-2).

  • Vendor Feature - Due North Gluten Free Bakery & Goods is recreating the way people view “gluten-free.” They have developed a seven-blend flour that looks, acts, and tastes a lot like traditional all-purpose flour. Check out a variety of baked goods at their booth, as they have served goods like rhubarb crisp, kuchen, caramel & cinnamon rolls, mini cupcakes & muffins, quick breads, lemon & pumpkin bars, sugar cookies & more.
