• As Vinyl Giant starts preparing for their store closure, join them for a day of digging through mounds of records, while listening to a live DJ and sipping a refreshing beverage. Their last “Parking Lot Sale” will take place on Sat 1/11 from 11am - 4pm inside Vinyl Giant. They’ll be pulling out more than 3,000 records from the back, all priced at just $2 each. Front Street Taproom will be serving up drinks and DJ Duster will be spinning some jams. And also sister company Game Giant’s board games will be 20% off.

• If you are a North Dakota homeowner, the 2025 property tax credit application portal is open. Homeowners with an approved application may receive up to a $500 credit against their property tax obligation. To be eligible for the credit, you must own a home (house, mobile home, town home, duplex, or condo) in North Dakota, and reside in it as your primary residence.
