A reminder for North Dakota homeowners that you can now apply for the 2026 Primary Residence Credit. Homeowners who qualify through an approved application may receive up to $1,600 against their property tax obligation. Apply by 4/1. I completed my the other day and it probably took me 60-90 seconds.
